I am a first time home buyer, and Frank was great! He answered all the questions that my wife and I had. In his explanations he helped me understand the root causes of problems, as well as the reasons for the building code rules. He was very thorough, and all the pictures he tools made for a very helpful report afterwards.

Frank was amazing he was very detailed in his work and took his time and went over everything with me.. if we ever need an inspection again will definitely have integrity home inspection... The prices were effort and I got my report the same day... it broke everything down which was awesome.. if you need and inspection integrity is way to go. 🙂

Frank and Integrity Home Inspectors were great to work with. They worked with my schedule and were prompt and courteous with their communications prior and after the inspection. During the inspection Frank was very thorough and great at explaining what he was looking for and explaining why he was looking for said item or why he was making note of something. Even provided some tips on how to resolve said items.

Frank was very clear with anything he found and explained exactly how it could cause future problems. He did a very good job at making sure I understood what he was talking about and answered all questions the best he could. Extremely polite and straight to the point. The report sent back was very user friendly and easy to navigate. Overall very pleased with how everything went. Pricing was also very reasonable. Frank is a great home inspector and has a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent resource when looking for the details in a home. He noted things that I may have missed and was very thorough and exacting. I appreciate his candor and his attention to detail. Also, during this inspection he went above and beyond after the gas was found locked at the service point. He returned later to complete the inspection of the gas related parts.
