This powerful tool lets buyers and agents create their own Repair/Request Lists straight from the home inspector’s report! After creating the Repair/Request List, it can be simply added as an attachment to the agent’s standard form that they already use. This saves time, creates a standardization, and requests are time stamped with what requests were made and by whom — the customer and agent can work on the same Repair Request List! This reduces liability for the agent, buyer, and seller by establishing an ID and history in the creation of the document.
The “Home Inspection” is a “limited visual inspection(s)” of the “Readily Accessible Items Agreed to be Inspected” of the real estate property at the above address. Integrity Home Inspectors LLC, follow the inspection standards put forth by the State of Indiana Home Inspection Licensing Board IC 25-1-11. These are the agreed standards of competent practice for the performance of this inspection.

Unfortunately, there may be times when a complete home inspection cannot be performed due to utilities not being on at the time of inspection or lack of accessibility to attic or crawl space areas. In these situations, Integrity Home Inspectors, depending on circumstances, do not charge an additional service fee to re-inspect the home.
